The Local Initiatives program is dedicated to fostering the local economy and strengthening the bridge between artisan producers and consumers within their own territories, bolstering low-carbon, small-scale production ecosystems. Through this program, Rede Asta facilitates local interaction and commerce by promoting a network of artisan production and consumption that benefits both communities and the environment.

Our Products

Rede Asta Fairs offer opportunities for artisans to improve their skills, expand their customer base, and gain visibility in the community. Beyond providing a point of sale, this project also offers entrepreneurial training, focusing on marketing techniques, management, and social media usage.
The Local Market is a project that promotes regional nano-entrepreneurship, bringing together small artisan producers in a space dedicated to selling local goods. The initiative aims to foster handmade production, generate income, and strengthen city economies, while encouraging conscious consumption and sustainability.
AstaMaps aims to map and provide visibility to nano-entrepreneurs and artisan businesses across the country, making it easy for buyers to find them, while also generating crucial data on artisan production to inform projects and public policies.
The Rede Asta Expo celebrates creativity and craft culture, bringing together artisans to showcase unique pieces made of fabric, ceramic, wood, and other materials. This event aims to foster appreciation and value for handmade arts, promotes a learning journey between artisans and product designers, inspires new products, and strengthens artisan networks.
This project is dedicated to integrating and implementing policies that promote sustainable and local economic development for artisan communities. This collaborative effort involves working directly with government agencies to ensure that public policies are not only formulated but effectively executed in a way that directly benefits the target audience.
This project aims to boost low-carbon, small-scale production ecosystems in mid-sized cities or pre-defined territories.

By focusing on empowering highly inclusive, craft-based productive businesses within each territory, we increase their distribution throughout the city and encourage local consumers to choose products made in the region.

In this way, cities can enjoy the benefits of valuing local products, people, and natural environments.

“The Asta Local Market is a unique opportunity for regional producers to reach diverse audiences. The location is excellent, and without this project, it would certainly have been difficult for my brand to be there.”
